Just a quick update!
I have started a new column on HorrorNews.net again called DAI OF THE DEAD (Thank you George Smith for coming up with the title and everyone for deciding on the name.)
Check out HORRORNEWS.NET for my first two column editions so far! I will be working from there mostly but will update this from time to time. :)

Yes, I know what that idiot posted on his page.
Let me give you the low down, folks...
Theodore Puertoriquez, aka Jeffrey T. Kane, is a young minded person who has decided to fixate on me in a negative way.
This is a person, who like many other low self esteemed individuals, hides behind a computer saying the most terrible things about people because he is so dissatisfied in his own life that he finds temporary fulfillment in causing troubles for others.
The remarks and comments posted in that blog as well as many others is false and slanderous and solely made to get the attention of the people he is attacking.
I, for one, do not care what he happens to say as I know what a low and sad person he is.
Thank you to the people who have written and called me to let me know what is going on and expressed their distaste for what he has said.
I ask that you NOT go and retaliate or even pay attention to a word he has said. That is only giving him what he wants.
Sadly, the internet has given sick and sad people a place to spew their venom without fear of persecution or consequences. It is his 1st Amendment Right to be able to say what he wants, when he wants, but that doesn't mean that we all can't see what a raving ignorant person he is.
Just ignore this sad creature, as I will, and spend your time on much more interesting things like counting the squares of toilet paper you have left on the roll. Even that would be more informative and entertaining than anything this person can come up with.

KICK ASS NEWS!
Hey all!
Well if you follow me on FB then you know that I spoke about auditioning for a part a few weeks ago and I was really hoping to get it. Well.... I GOT IT!!! :DDDD
I can't tell you how excited I am to work with the people who are already set to be part of the cast and crew and how honored I am that I was even chosen!
I can't tell you a lot about it yet BUT I promise you keep you guys 100% updated on not only HorrorNews.net but my personal FB page and THIS blog as well.
From the rest of the cast that I know will be appearing, I can tell you guys that you will be VERY excited to learn about this new film.
AND just as a little hint to the part I am playing, let's just say at some points, I will be completely transformed into something else....a little more personality fitting ;)
As soon as I have permission, I will give you guys more details bit fir now....Stay Tuned!!!

Giveaways, Camille Keaton, Scott Michaels, and Sophie Lancaster...
Heya all!
Just a couple random thoughts I wanted to share with you guys!
The podcasts have been going great!
This week's line up is pretty kick ass if you ask me.
This Sunday on PODCAST FROM HELL we will have on Camille Keaton from the original I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE!
Camille is such a nice woman and honestly I am honored to know her.
ISOYG was one of the first films I felt really gave women a sense of empowerment. Victim to aggressor, loved the twist of it all. It is still one of my favorite films.
Then Monday on THE GASH we will be having Scott Michaels, the owner of FindADeath.com and the Dearly Departed tours in Los Angeles, CA.
I am such a death hag so this is so exciting to me! The topic will be, of course, celebrity deaths!

Last Monday on THE GASH we talked gave advice on questions that were sent to us by listeners.
One that hit home was from a girl who said she was constantly picked on because of her Goth appearance. I did some research and found the Sophie Lancaster Foundation.

There is NOTHING empowering about picking on someone for being different than you. You may think this makes you feel better about yourself but in reality, it is just you acting out your own self esteem issues onto someone else.
We are all different from each other and that is what makes all of us great. I don't want to be like you and I don't want you to be like me. If we were all the same this would be one boring ass world.
I hope that none of you reading this blog are like that. But if you are, it is never too late to change.
And for those facing issues like these, NEVER apologize for who you are. Ignore the people who have anything negative to say about you. As long as YOU are happy, that is what matters. You are beautiful how you are just as long as you are happy with who you are.
Let's put an end to bullying!!!!!!!
With Halloween coming up (my favorite holiday!!!!) and the fact that I have been with you officially for TWO years now, I am giving away a few movie packages!!!

Friday, August 27, 2010 Wanting to Make A Difference/ New Podcast
Hey guys!
Well for my first official blog I thought I would unload my brain a bit and let you guys know what's going on in the cesspool that I call my brain.
I have been hammering down quite a bit lately, trying to get a few things done for my podcasts, create some new ones, keep you guys entertained on FB, write a bit for HorrorNews, and move one step closer to world domination.
But here is the reason I am writing tonight.
When I got into this industry, and decided to stick around, it was because I finally had a voice. A chance to make a difference. Be it in films, an decent influence for young people trying to get into the industry, bring awareness to causes I believe deeply in, I chose to make this a career and promised that I would do as much good as I could. And that's what I intend to do and have tried to do since.
I can't say that I never get frustrated. That would be a lie. But I can tell you that I LOVE what I do. (If I'm good at it or not may be another argument that you are more than welcome to have between yourselves)
I am starting another podcast that should go live hopefully within the next month.
This podcast is going to focus on REAL LIFE/WORLD HORROR. Things that you see on the news, read in the papers, and receive in your RSS feeds.
It will be focused on things like:
True Crime
Civil Unrest
Law And Order
Pressing Issues In Our Daily Lives... Etc
The reason I am doing this is because for way too long have I used my FaceBook and MySpace page as a soap box to start conversations about these things but I can never go into complete detail about them due to the venue.
Many of you do not know this about me and I have kept this a very guarded secret but I will explain this now to hopefully give you an idea of why I am taking this so seriously.
I am what you call an "Survivor Of Homicide". The term sounds silly until you know what it means. A SOH is someone that has had a family member, or someone equal to one, murdered.
The father of my oldest children was murdered six years ago in a very callous and premeditated manner. As far as details, please respect that it is taking me a universe of courage to even talk about this in a public forum and that sharing the exact details is one thing that I will have to decline to do.
The way the case was handled and the way that we, his family, were treated has been something that has infuriated me from day one.
The criminals in this case were afforded more rights than we ever were and the entire judicial system in the area the trials were being tried in broke down in their advantage.
I watch these television shows that profile cases like this and I have to tell you it makes me sick how much of the truth is left out in these things.
We live in a society where the laws are made to protect the guilty. Believe it or not, it is true.
We live in a society where you get more time for having a pound of marijuana than you do if you rape a child.
We live in a society where if you are convicted of murder and get a life sentence, you can be out in 15 years but if you rob a bank and are sentenced to 50 years you are almost guaranteed to serve half.
These are things that bother me deeply.
So here it is. I intend to open these doors and start these discussions with you all. This is how I am going to start making a difference. By bringing these things to light and get you all talking and thinking about them.
When you watch programs like this on the news, the anchors are pretty prohibited with what they say because they have people like sponsors and networks to answer to.
I have no one but myself to answer to so I don't have those restrictions. I don't intend to censor myself in any manner when it comes to these issues and I hope that you will all understand.
The entire program will be open to call ins. If you agree or, even better, disagree with what I have to say, please call in and talk about it.
I will have a co-host on this program as well, I will announce more about her once we get closer.
I don't want to say that this is the most important show you will ever listen to but I will say that the topics we will be discussing WILL be very important to your life.
All I hope to do is start the dialog with you and ask that you carry it on.
Changing the world can start being done by one person. I'm hoping that you all will help me in doing so.

Finally Broke Down And Made A Blog Spot!
Heya Everyone!
Thanks so much for coming and checking out my blog spot.
This is a place where I can keep you guys updated on some of the things I am up to, corrupt your beautiful brains with random thoughts and ideas that I want to post, and rant on about things that I can't really put anywhere else.
I am still writing for the same sites that I normally do, this is not a replacement, just an add on.
I have added a store where you guys can easily purchase my 8x10's. I will be adding more to that page soon so keep checking back. :D
Also, here is a collective place that you can keep up with what I have been doing.
IMDB sucks, articles get lost, and its hard to keep updates in sight on FaceBook. Check out my nifty little tabs, they will bring you everywhere you wanna go.
